MARINA VOLSHANSKY, ESQ.

Marina Volshansky, Esq. immigrated to the Unites States with her family as a refugee from Uzbekistan when she was 12 years old.  Through hard work and with the help of her family, she was able to get great education and valuable experience, from which she draws to provide the best representation to her clients.

Marina graduated from New York University with Bachelor of Economics in 2001.  After graduation, she worked as a Senior Analyst in the fixed income division of Goldman Sachs & Co.  After six years in financial industry, she decided to realize her childhood dream and become a lawyer.  She graduated Brooklyn Law School with a Juris Doctor Degree in 2009 and was admitted to the New York State Bar.  Her legal experience includes, among others, representation of various parties in real estate transactions and litigation of commercial disputes.

Marina joined Mayzel Law Group in May 2018 as an Associate Attorney.  Her primary focus is representing people who are seeking asylum in the United States.  Marina is fluent in English and Russian languages.
